The Sr. UX Designer of the Digital Products group will be responsible for building best-in-class, digital products and applications for our customer.  Working together with a team of UX designers, this role will help define the overall UX design and direction for all digital products, integrating user research and visual design throughout the process.  The UX Designer must be highly collaborative, partnering with Product Management and Technology to ensure a simple, focused customer experience.



  • Responsible for user interface design of all digital products in the portfolio; drives the entire UX process from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with UX Digital Team; lead the vision and process of customer flows, wireframes, and user interface specifications.  Ensure consistency across all products, enforcing standard UI patterns and guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Partner with key groups across the organization to provided feedback; ensure a shared UX vision with key cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Technology, and Design.
  • Communicate to Sr. UX Manager your overall UX strategy and deliverables.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience and experience.
  • Ideal candidates will have UX experience with mobile or handheld devices and a proven track record in creating customer-focused, innovative UX design.  Specific experience with touch screen and Android OS highly preferred.
  • Hands on experience in managing the UI design process within an Agile development environment; ability to offer best practices on process and deliverables that maintains high quality user experience within a highly productive, efficient environment.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of user research and visual design and how to apply to the overall user experience and interface.
  • Ability to partner well with UX counterparts in NYC and cross-functional teams across organization; strong relationship building skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills; organized and practices efficient time management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple design projects at any given time.
  • Appreciation of standards; proven methods and tools to enforce brand identity and consistency across all projects.
  • BA or Masters degree in User Interface Design related degree.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous work required.
